15-day Quick Close is available on Conventional Loans for borrowers purchasing or refinancing their primary residence.
- Loan amounts up to $715,000
- W2 borrowers only
- Single Family Residence or Townhouse
- 680 minimum credit score
- minimum of 5% down payment
- Requires 24-hour document turnaround from customers
- Closing can take place in 15 business days from the date we have received bank statements, W2’s, pay stubs, driver license and an executed contract. Documents received after 12pm will be considered received on the next business day.
- Appraisals must be ordered on Day 1, so our team will register the file, do disclosure documents and the customer needs to E-Sign on day 1
- The only additional fee is an appraisal rush fee estimated to be $100-$200
- Ineligible Loans – FHA, USDA, VA, Jumbo and Non-Prime
Possible Scenarios that could delay a Quick Close –
- A loan that receives a “subject to” appraisal that includes extensive repairs
- A tax transcript/tax return filing issue
- A title issue
