Stephen Waller and the rest of the team at Raleigh Mortgage Group were instrumental in my home purchase. They gave me a very good estimate of my payment up front, with options that showed how the payment would vary based on down payment. When I had to pivot to a no money down VA loan, they were unfazed and put everything together in a matter of hours. Great job and definitely would recommend to anyone buying a home!

My wife and I (first time homebuyers) greatly benefitted from the lending services of the Raleigh Mortgage Group! Their services not only made the home buying process much easier, but they were also financially advantageous. The team always treated us with respect and patience, and never pressured us or rushed us into anything; they always worked at a pace comfortable to us.
We worked with Brian and he was extremely organized, supportive, patient, responsive, and overall helpful during the home buying process! They were always on top of our requests, such as generating approval letters and working with the homeowners insurance company. About the financial aspect, they obtained highly competitive rates (if not the best possible)!

Brian and his team did a great job to provide a perfect mortgage for us. They gave us options along the way for us to make the best decisions. WE get the mortgage quicker and easier than We have ever gotten one before, and we were very pleased. One of our friends took a year to refinance their construction loan. We completed ours in one month. It was also very helpful to have the notary travel to our residence for us to sign all paperwork.
