He knew I was shopping around so he made sure to show me an apples to apples comparison since originally he and the other lender had different terms for different fees. After looking them over he said, “I don’t know how they managed to get you this deal but I can understand why you’re choosing to go with them.” But it’s not just the great rates and the responsiveness that impresses me. Let’s face it, getting a mortgage can be confusing and frustrating. Brian took the time to explain things to me and made sure I was comfortable. I know he was working with many other clients but he made me feel like I was his only client – that’s the type of prompt, great service he provided. Plus, it would be impossible not to like Brian.
