Nathan’s Bio- Nathan was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Nathan Bowen is a highly determined and professional individual with a diverse background. With experience in the legal field, serving in the US Air Force, and working in real estate, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a Mortgage Broker.

He has 5 years of experience in property management, where he developed a passion for real estate which led him to relocate to Raleigh, NC in March of 2023. His excitement for the industry is contagious, and he approaches every client interaction with enthusiasm and dedication. With a strong commitment to professionalism, Nathan strives to provide exceptional service and to guide clients through the mortgage process with ease. His determination and unwavering focus on client satisfaction make him an asset in the mortgage industry. When he is not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his family.
