Meet our owner, Brian! His shining career took off in 1997 after his graduation from NCSU. He quickly found himself working as a Mortgage Loan Officer until May of 2001 when he fulfilled his dreams of opening his very own mortgage company. Brian grew up in a small textile town in South Carolina where he learned the value of hard work from his parents who both worked outside of the home. Brian is proud to be one of the top Mortgage Brokers in the state and his leadership is what has sustained his business through the mortgage crisis and allowed his business to grow and thrive while others closed operations. He is an active board member for several other local businesses where he can share his wisdom to help other local businesses grow. Brian is married to his beautiful wife Ann and has two amazing daughters. Abby and Lily.
With 24+ years of mortgage experience and relationships with some of the world’s largest wholesale and portfolio lenders, Brian helps his customers obtain the most competitive interest rates and closing costs available while providing solutions to overcome nearly any situation that might be introduced to a transaction. Stephen Waller joined Raleigh Mortgage Group with over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry. After graduating from North Carolina State University Stephen built a local real estate appraisal company with over 2 billion in valuations over his career. This has given him a unique perspective on the real estate market. This experience and versatility allow him to provide a high degree of service and knowledge to provide his customers the best solutions possible.
Stephen lives in North Raleigh with his lovely wife Nikki and their daughter Quinn. When not spending time with family he enjoys water sports, golf, and spending time
with friends.
Ann is the Director of Operations at Raleigh Mortgage Group. Ann is Brian’s wife and together they are looking to expand Raleigh Mortgage Group into a company that is known around the Raleigh area.
After 8 years of being a stay-at-home mother, Ann has decided to jump back into her career full force providing support to her husband and assisting him with the day-to-day and overall operations of Raleigh Mortgage Group.
Ann graduated in 1998 from Meredith College with a Biology major. Prior to joining the team at Raleigh Mortgage Group, Ann was the project manager for Almac Sciences and managed drug trials for multiple countries world wide.
Ann is an active member with the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and the community.
Logan Biethman is a Loan Officer Assistant and Loan Partner at Raleigh Mortgage Group. A Clayton, North Carolina native, Logan graduated from Corinth Holders High School and takes pride in serving the community he grew up in. Though new to the mortgage industry, he brings over six years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality field, where he served as a bartender and shift leader. In these roles, he developed strong interpersonal skills, thrived in high-pressure environments, and consistently delivered exceptional customer service. His background has instilled in him a deep commitment to client satisfaction and a keen ability to manage complex, fast-moving workflows — all of which directly support his success in the mortgage lending space.
Logan is passionate about building relationships and supporting clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his energetic chocolate lab, Lola. He’s excited to grow within the industry and be a reliable resource for clients throughout their homebuying journey.
Hayley Jackson is a Loan Officer Assistant at Raleigh Mortgage Group, where she helps guide clients through the home financing process by truly listening and meeting them where they are. Her goal is to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their journey to homeownership. Before stepping into the mortgage world, Hayley built a strong foundation in property and casualty insurance, gaining valuable experience in the housing space and discovering her passion for helping people achieve their dream of owning a home.
Originally from Southern Maryland, Hayley attended West Virginia University, where she competed as a Division I cross country and track athlete. After graduating in 2023, she fell in love with Raleigh, North Carolina, and now proudly calls it home. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her playing Big Buck Hunter with her fiancé, cheering on the Durham Bulls, diving into a board game, or making weekend trips to the coast to spend time with family.
As a proud Raleigh native, David Long brings deep local roots and a strong network of community relationships to every client interaction. Born and raised in Raleigh, David’s firsthand knowledge of the Triangle area helps him guide homebuyers and homeowners through the mortgage process with confidence and personalized service.
David graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and has spent more than 13 years in the financial services industry. Eight of those years, he has built extensive mortgage expertise through roles as a Loan Officer Assistant, Mortgage Processor, and Loan Officer. This diverse background gives him a unique understanding of every stage of the lending process, allowing him to provide exceptional support and a seamless experience for his clients.
Whether helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership or assisting experienced borrowers with refinancing and investment opportunities, David is committed to delivering honest guidance, clear communication, and outstanding customer service.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, of 10 years and their three wonderful children. When he is not at the office or with family, you can usually find him on the golf course, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, or exploring the city he is proud to call home.
Alayna Weaver is a Mortgage Loan Officer with a lifelong connection to the real estate industry and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident in one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Having been around real estate for as long as she can remember, Alayna understands that buying a home is so much more than a transaction. It is personal, emotional, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming. Her goal is to make the mortgage process feel clear, manageable, and supportive from the first conversation to the closing table.
Known for her approachable communication style and attention to detail, Alayna takes pride in meeting each client where they are. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, move-up buyers, or clients building their dream home, she focuses on listening first, educating throughout the process, and creating a financing plan that fits each client’s unique goals. She believes every borrower deserves to feel heard, informed, and empowered, not rushed or confused.
With her deep roots in real estate, Alayna brings a well-rounded understanding of the homebuying journey and the importance of having the right team in place. Outside of work, Alayna enjoys serving at the local animal shelters , spending time with family and friends, and continuing to build a life centered around relationships, service, and helping others feel at home.
